Before founding Operity, Pavel gained experience in neural networks, agentic AI and multi-agent systems—with a focus on how intelligent software can reason, coordinate and act autonomously. He is also the founder of NOVARC, a venture exploring how AI use affects human thinking and independent reasoning.
Pavel’s ambition is to explore how technology can create new opportunities and uncover answers to questions that remain unanswered. He approaches that ambition as both a founder and a developer, turning long-term ideas into systems that open new possibilities.
